Is the package insured for loss or damage?

Next-Day Courier & International Shipments by DHL Express

  • Fully insured for theft, loss or damage in transit.
  • All orders sent in the UK, all items will be replaced and sent out free of charge.
  • All orders dispatched by DHL Express (Europe & Worldwide) will be refunded.

Royal Mail Tracked48 (RM)

  • RM Packages aren’t insured for theft or loss. If the package does go missing, a claim is made by medicobeauty.com directly with Royal Mail. The amount of compensation is severally limited and can amount to a maximum of £45.00. All delivery charges are nonrefundable.
  • As a gesture of goodwill if the package is damage in transit, Medico Beauty will send a replacement for free. Please follow instructions for organsing a replacement of a damanged item.

I need help with confirming the delivery status of my package 

If your package isn’t received within forty-eight hours of dispatch immediately contact Customer Care email:  order@medicobeauty.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order.

A request will immediately be made with Royal Mail or the courier company for further information on the delivery status and if delivery has been attempted.

If you have already registered a designated safe place with Royal Mail, when there is no answer, the package will be left at this location or with a neighbour. As proof of delivery the Royal Mail postman will add your signature to the delivery receipt.

Royal Mail are also able to provide a location of the safe place up to fifty yards away.

After ten days from the date of delivery, Royal Mail are no longer able to verify the location of the safe place.

Customer Service can provide you with the Royal Mail reference to track the package and if necessary, re-arrange a delivery online. This takes up to three days to complete. Please ensure that there is a person at the address to sign for the package.

What is your Refund Policy and do you accept returns? (UK Purchases only)  

If you have purchased an item in error and wish to receive a refund. Items can be returned within thirty days from the date of purchase. Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified thirty day period, have been opened, used or are not in their original packaging.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

STEP ONE email order@medicobeauty.com to confirm your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive a reply with instructions on the next steps. The refund will be done on return and inspection of the items. Delivery charges are nonrefundable.

STEP TWO Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

Worldwide Sales - Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given on any purchases.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or faulty, a full refund will be given. Delivery charges, any handling fees or VAT paid to the courier are non refundable. We are unable to send a free replacement.  

I need help with a damaged or faulty item

Please report any issue within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

STEP ONE email order@medicobeauty.com with your order number, a photograph of the product, showing any damage or faults and the batch number printed on the base or embossed on the top of the tube.

UK ONLY - If the item isn’t leaking, faulty or damaged items are returned for free by Royal Mail Tracked48. Please complete dispatch of the return within seven days of receiving the returns label.

The quickest and easiest way to return your product/s to us is via Royal Mail’s free Tracked Returns service. Please note, this service is only available within the UK.

Please return the products using the original packaging and insulations because this helps to prevent any breakages in transit. Also, include the delivery note or a handwritten note with the order number and contact information. Please write faulty on the paperwork.

How do I organise a replacement for a faulty, missing or damaged item?

UK ONLY - Please email order@medicobeauty.com to confirm which item is missing or damaged in your order. Please share a photograph of the product. If the item is leaking it’s not necessary to return it. A free replacement will be dispatched to your address by Royal Mail Tracked48.

I ordered the wrong item, what should I do?

If the order hasn’t yet been dispatched, the order can be cancelled and refunded. Please contact email order@medicobeauty.com with information about your order.

Royal Mail Tracked48

Once the package has been collected by Royal Mail it’s not possible to cancel the delivery. Please wait until the items are delivered then proceed with returning the items. Delivery charges are nonrefundable.  

Courier Delivery 

If the package has been sent by courier, then it is possible to cancel the delivery and have the package returned to our facility. You will be fully refunded for the order. Delivery charges are nonrefundable.

Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified thirty day period, have been opened, used or are not in their original packaging.

My delivery address is incorrect

If the package hasn’t yet been dispatched, the address can be changed up until 2:30 pm.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY 

Once dispatched by Royal Mail tracked, it’s not possible to make any changes to the delivery address. All undeliverable packages due to an incorrect name or address will eventually be returned to our facilities. Once returned, the cost of the items will be refunded minus any delivery costs medicobeauty.com has incurred in sending the products out to you.

The delivery address can also be changed and the items re-dispatched by Royal Mail at a cost of £5.00 or next day courier at a cost of £6.95 Please confirm if you wish to update the delivery details and have the items sent out again. Email order@medicobeauty.com or get in touch via the Chat

COURIER DELIVERY 

If your package was sent using a courier service, the delivery information can be updated and the package will be sent out for delivery either the next day or within forty-eight hours. Please email order@medicobeauty.com with the order number and correct delivery information.

Customs & VAT for orders dispatched outside of the UK

If you are outside of the UK, the RRP is displayed including the sales tax (VAT) charged in your country location.

Shipping to The Channel Islands - Guernsey & Jersey

The cost at checkout excludes VAT (charged at the receiver's countries rate). The package will be cleared by customs and VAT and extra fees are due to be paid on delivery in Jersey, chargeable at 5%. Guernsey has no VAT.

Product Out of Stock

Should a product you have ordered be out of stock we will aim to contact you within twenty-four hours to let you know the estimated despatch date. When the expected date of dispatch is more than seven days, a refund will be automatically processed.

How does Clearpay work?

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over four, interest-free instalments, due every two weeks.

You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excluding Channel Islands). T&Cs and other eligibility criteria apply. Ensure you can make repayments on time. Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid seven days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £36 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and they may pass unpaid debt to a debt collection agency.
