Application
Apply a small amount onto freshly cleansed and toned at night.  Prior to using, wash hands with anti-bacterial soap and do a double cleanse using a gentle, then more exfoliating cleanser.  Suitable for sensitised skin to use on a daily basis from the onset. 
Tap all over the face. Don't rub. it can be applied to the neck as well.  May be followed with moisturiser if additional hydration is needed. Always use a therapeutic cleanser made with active ingredients.
