INSTRUCTIONS

1. One scoop of Balance (9.5g) should be taken in 8oz of chilled water 1/3 times per day, preferably on an empty stomach
2. Add dash of fresh lemon for taste
3. Do not mix with fruit juice as it will counter act the work of the ingredients.   Unsweetened cranberry juice or organic apple juice is allowed initially but move to mixing with water once taste buds have become accustomed
4. We recommend taking Balance first thing in the morning before breakfast
5. Possible side effects include loose stools and mild indigestion. To avoid this drink 1.5 litres of water daily
6. This drink should be taken indefinitely
