Medico Beauty hopes that the customer will be delighted with their order. However, if the customer is not completely satisfied please return it in its original condition within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund.
Please note that we only offer credit notes to trade customers, only in the instance that a trade customer is sent product incorrectly (from that which is listed on the invoice). A credit note will be raised from SAGE, saved on the system and deducted from the next payment.
Otherwise if incorrectly dispatched from the warehouse will just send correct product and return the incorrect one
Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
Please follow the 4 steps outlined below to return their goods:
(a) Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
(b) Kindly note that we are only able to refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form, undamaged and in a resalable condition.
(a) Please enter "our reference" into the space provided on the returns form included in the documentation the customer receive with their order.
(b) Please remember that in order for the return to be processed the customer must ensure that the completed form is included with their return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which the customer received them.
(a) Please return their package by recorded delivery (retaining their recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) using the pre-printed shipping label supplied with their order documentation to: Returns Department, 3000 Cathedral Hill, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7YB
(a) All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on any opened, damaged or used goods.
(b) A refund will then be processed – please note that it can take up to 5 days for such refunds to clear onto their account.
OTHER POINTS TO NOTE ABOUT RETURNS
Please note that if we find the goods to be open, damaged or used the customer will need to pay for the postage for the goods to be returned. Otherwise, the goods will be destroyed.
We will process their return as quickly as possible and will notify the customer once their refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for their refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Their payment for the goods will be refunded as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
In addition to our returns policy, the customer have the right to cancel their order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if the customer send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Where goods are delivered to a third party the customer may also exercise this right if the customer is able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Please note that if Medico Beauty has incorrectly sent the wrong order, it will be our responsibility to arrange collection and re-dispatch.
