1. Will I always get a signature and does the person named on the address label sign for the item?
A: The Royal Mail will make sure they get a signature from whoever receives the item, but bear in mind that this may not be the person named on the address label. If there's nobody available to sign for the item and the item is not collected or redelivery rearranged within seven calendar days, they will return your mail free to Medico Beauty, with a note saying they couldn’t deliver it.
UNDERLIVERED PARCELS
Once the parcel is returned, we will contact you by email to confirm that it is ready for redelivery. A charge of £11.00 is applied to cover the costs that have been incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel and to re deliver by ROYAL MAIL SIGN FOR. To secure re delivery a fee of £11.00 must be paid in advanced by credit card.
2. Can I confirm the delivery of my item?
A: Use Royal Mail Track & Trace service. This will provide you with a copy of the signature of the person who signed for the item.
3. Am I entitled to compensation with Recorded Signed For™ or damaged items?
A:
a) You are entitled to a maximum of the value of 100 First Class stamps in compensation.
b) For items posted which have no intrinsic value, or where there is no proof of posting, there will be compensation for loss, damage and delay of a minimum of 6 x 1st class stamps. For lost or damaged items with proof of posting and evidence of value (such as an invoice or receipt) customers will be entitled to a postage refund plus compensation up to the value of the item, with a maximum of the value of 100 First Class stamps.

4. How do I make a claim for damaged items or missing parcel?
a) Claims for damaged items are not made with Medico Beauty Ltd. but directly with the Royal Mail.
b) Just fill in a P58 form. You can pick this up from your local Post Office™, or by calling your customer service centre on 08457 740740 (calls are charged at local rate). If you are deaf or hard of hearing, contact us on 08456 000606 (Textphone).
c) Claims are processed within 2 – 4 weeks
d) Please remember to include your certificate of posting with your claim showing your Recorded item reference number, if you cannot provide evidence of posting then you may only be entitled to minimum compensation.
e) If your claim is for damage or part loss, all damaged packaging and contents must be retained and presented to Royal Mail on request.

5. How do I make a claim for missing or incorrect items?
a) You are entitled to a full refund for missing items and replacement of incorrect items.
