Safe sun protection is the first step towards maintaining healthy skin, whateveryour skin type or concern. Upon application Hydrate+ will provide a fullspectrum mineral barrier against the sun’s harmful rays.

Whatever their age or personal skin concern, Medico Beauty encourages all our patients to use sun protection on the areas of their body which are regularly exposed: particularly their face and hands.

Most sunscreens only protect against sun-burning UVB, however, skin experts now know that damaging UVA is also present in light, both day and night. The combination of protective minerals found in this product – not chemical formulations - have the ability to provide full spectrum protection. Always choose chemical free: Studies have shown that there is only a 4% difference in protection from burning UVB between a chemical factor 30 and factor 50.

This is a top selling, non-irritating, nourishing blend of healing Antioxidants and immuneboosting Squalane, extracted from olives. This means that Hydrate+ can mop up Free Radicals, which are just as destructive as UV damage.

Unlike many competitors, Hydrate+ does not contain Oxybenzone or any other chemical due to their inadequate UVA protection and irritation of the skin. Instead, this product combines Zinc Oxide 7.02%, a non-irritating, broadband physical sunscreen. A mineral sunblock will continue to protect the skin until it is either washed from or sweated off the skin’s surface.

As an added bonus, the formulation also includes a skin repairing Oat Glucan, an immune enhancer: this active ingredient will not only speedily assist in protecting against photodamage but will also stimulate the production of Collagen.

Hydrate+ will naturally hydrate the skin far more intelligently than any over the counter ‘moisturiser’, which typically contain nasty, irritating ingredients, often inflaming the skin and creating a disrupted barrier function (you can’t see this with a naked eye).

This product contains a hydrating emollient in order to support, rather than disrupt, the skin’s natural self-hydrating and exfoliation processes.

This product contains Astaxanthin, the most powerful Antioxidant available and 500 times stronger than Vitamin E. It will squelch rouge Free Radical oxygen molecules,which cause havoc to the delicate structure of skin cell membranes.
