Scientific research has proven that the damaging effects of Free Radicals lies at the root of all our skin dilemmas, but most particularly premature ageing.
This invisible enemy is caused by exposure to various environmental toxins, such as:

Free Radicals are rogue oxygen molecules which have a single unpaired electron in their outer shell, causing them to divert from their intended path. They can cause damage to the cell membrane leaving it more vulnerable to mutations and premature death.
Nature, however, provides a balancing force to counteract this threat. Antioxidants can “neutralize” the effect by offering up a spare electron, stabilizing the Free Radical and converting it into water.
